Cancellation and Returns Policy – ArtyFacts VOF

This policy applies to all purchases from ArtyFacts VOF (hereinafter "ArtyFacts"). By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy.

1. Important basic rule

ArtyFacts offers products and services geared towards a personal and creative process, in which the supplied box is specifically intended for use by the customer and cannot afterwards be reused or put back into circulation.

→ As a result, exceptional return conditions apply, as described below.

2. Cancelling an order

2.1 Before shipment

An order can be cancelled free of charge as long as the box has not yet been shipped.

2.2 After shipment

⚠️ As soon as the box has been shipped:

  • the order is final
  • cancellation is no longer possible
  • return is not permitted

3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

3.1 Application of the legal exception

In accordance with article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications
  • goods with a clearly personal character

In addition:

  • the box supplied by ArtyFacts constitutes a specifically assembled product
  • after shipment it can no longer be resold or reused

3.2 Conclusion

→ The right of withdrawal is excluded from the moment the box is shipped.

In concrete terms this means:

  • ❌ No return possible
  • ❌ No refund possible
  • ❌ Not even within the standard 14-day period

4. Creative process and processing

After the customer receives the box, the process can continue:

  • The customer fills the box with drawings
  • The box is returned to ArtyFacts
  • ArtyFacts digitises and processes the content

⚠️ From the moment that:

  • the customer returns drawings, or
  • ArtyFacts begins processing

→ any form of cancellation or refund is definitively excluded.

5. Exception: error or damage

5.1 Damaged or incorrect delivery

If you receive a damaged or incorrect box:

→ Report this within 48 hours of receipt via

→ arty@artyfacts.club

Include:

  • a description of the problem
  • photos
  • order number

5.2 Resolution

If the problem is confirmed, ArtyFacts will, at its own discretion:

  • deliver a replacement product, or
  • provide an appropriate solution

6. Shipping and risk

  • The risk of shipment to the customer lies with ArtyFacts until delivery
  • The risk of return to ArtyFacts (with drawings) lies with the customer

We recommend shipping with tracking.

7. No return – explicit confirmation

By placing an order, the customer confirms that he/she:

  • understands that the box is not returnable after shipment
  • explicitly waives the right of withdrawal after shipment
  • agrees to the personalised character of the service
